Washed Blend · Oaxaca, Mexico

Brown Sugar · Orange · Almond

Ñuu Davii means “People of the Rain” in the Mixtec indigenous language.

This coffee is produced by Mixtec communities in the Sierra Flores de Magón region of Oaxaca, where coffee is grown alongside fruit trees, timber species, beans, squash, corn, and other crops as part of long-standing agroforestry traditions.

The lot is composed primarily of Typica and Bourbon varieties grown between 1,100 and 1,900 masl and sourced through Ensambles Cafés Mexicanos, who have helped establish local infrastructure and quality support in the region since 2021.

This is one of the softer and more comforting coffees in the release. Sweet, familiar, and highly drinkable.

We roasted this coffee slightly more developed than the lighter offerings in the collection to create a more rounded espresso profile with caramelised sweetness and lower acidity.

In the cup we find brown sugar sweetness, orange citrus, and roasted almond.
