Yeni Anacona Colombia
Jun 4, 2026
Washed Gesha · San Agustín, Huila, Colombia
Jasmine · Bergamot · White Peach
Yeni Anacona’s Gesha is one of the more delicate coffees in this release. Floral and structured, but without feeling overly fragile or tea-like.
Produced on El Triunfo farm in Los Cauchos, San Agustín, this lot undergoes a carefully controlled washed process with extended cherry and tank fermentation before slow drying over 18 to 25 days. The result is a coffee with clarity, soft citrus, and layered sweetness.
Yeni works alongside her husband Wilmer Moncayo, managing both the household and many aspects of processing and drying. Their work in specialty coffee grew from experimentation, persistence, and a desire to create more value from their farm rather than simply selling into the commodity market.
In the cup we find jasmine florals, bergamot-like citrus, and soft white peach sweetness.
