Mexico - Nuu Davi 2
Nov 3, 2026
Washed Blend · Oaxaca, Mexico
Nectarine · Caramel · Hazelnut
Ñuu Davii means “People of the Rain” in the Mixtec indigenous language.
This coffee comes from the same group of Mixtec producers in Oaxaca as our original Nuu Davii, but represents a different selection with a noticeably different cup profile.
Produced in the Sierra Flores de Magón region, coffee here is grown within long-established agroforestry systems alongside fruit trees, timber species, beans, squash, corn and other crops. The coffees are sourced through Ensambles Cafés Mexicanos, who have worked with producers in the region on infrastructure and quality development since 2021.
Nuu Davi 2 scored higher on the cupping table than our original lot, with greater clarity, sweetness and a little more fruit character.
In the cup we find ripe nectarine, caramel sweetness and hazelnut.
