Home is our everyday session coffee.
Our current Home coffee comes from Las Guerreras in Guerrero, Mexico, a collective of 38 Indigenous Me’phaa women. Naturally processed and roasted omni in Swansea, it brings dark chocolate, cherry and hazelnut to the cup.
Sweet, familiar and easy to come back to, whether you brew it as espresso, with milk or through a filter. The coffee behind Home can change with the seasons; this is the one we’re roasting now.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate · Cherry · Hazelnut
For espresso, start with 18g in and 36g out in 28–32 seconds. For filter, start with 15g coffee to 250g water at 93°C and adjust to taste.
