Ivan Sebay represents a new generation of coffee producers in southern Huila. Working at 1,800 metres above sea level, he has focused on cultivating varieties that thrive at altitude while delivering exceptional cup quality.

This Pink Bourbon is vibrant and structured, balancing bright fruit with floral complexity and clean sweetness.

How to brew this coffee

Filter: 15g coffee to 250g water at 94°C; medium grind.

Espresso: 18g in, 45g out in 30-34 seconds.
