Named after the Mixtec phrase for “People of the Rain”, this coffee is produced by indigenous farming communities in Oaxaca's Sierra Flores de Magón. Grown beneath diverse shade canopies and sourced through Ensambles Cafés Mexicanos, it reflects both place and tradition.

Designed as an approachable espresso roast, it offers sweetness, balance, and everyday drinkability.
